Epoxy Mortar Patch™ (1.5 gal unit)
Our Price: $70.00

Patching potholes, chips, cracks etc. in concrete surfaces (including runways) is typically done by making lots of sand into an epoxy and making a slurry 'epoxy cement'. Honestly, the sand provides most of the desired properties, the epoxy just holds it all together. While you can add sand to almost any of our epoxies, the favorite one is this product (mostly due to price). By adding about 15 pounds of sand to this 1.5 gallon unit of epoxy, you'll get about 2.5 gallons of epoxy/sand patching material. Users in hot summer time Texas/Mexico reported about 8 minutes of work time after mixing. It would a lot longer in cooler conditions. Runway repair crews found it OK to land planes on the patch after 24 hours.

Industrial Floor Epoxy™ floor epoxy (1.5 gal unit)
Our Price: $92.00

This is the commercial quality epoxy floor paint. No Solvents, no odor, rollable but thick. Wet thickness equals dry thickness so will hide many imperfections. Note that with thick coatings air bubbles from a 'warming' concrete surface may form and get trapped in the epoxy. Usually not a issue with garages, but can be in sheds, barns etc. where the concrete is not vibrated smooth. Some people apply at night when temperatures are falling (and the air is contracting).
Coverage - just under 200 SF per 1.5 gallon unit. Apply with short nap epoxy roller (see Accessory Section).
Color selection is on the Shopping Cart page - (COLORS: light gray, beige).
